Once you’ve signed in, you’ll see all the documents and Projects in your Workspace. If you have multiple Workspaces associated with your Sketch Account, tap on the Workspace icon in the top-right corner to switch between them.

To open a document, tap on its thumbnail. Larger documents may take a moment to open while they download. To cancel opening a document, tap on the thumbnail again.

In the Workspace view, you’ll see some or all of the following rows of document thumbnails:

  • From My Mac (if you’re currently editing a document from the same Workspace on your Mac)
  • All Documents
  • Shared with Me (if anyone has shared a document directly with you)
  • My Drafts (if you have saved any drafts)

You can horizontally scroll through these thumbnails or click on See All to view the documents as a grid.

Scroll below the the horizontal document rows to see any Projects you’ve created in your Workspace. Tap on a Project’s name to view all of the documents and any Collections in that Project.

If a Project you’re viewing has any Collections, you can tap on them to view the documents in that Collection. Tap Back to return to the Project view (if you’re browsing a Collection) or the Workspace view (if you’re browsing a Project).

At the top of each Project and Collection view, you’ll see a search field to help find documents in that Project or Collection. To search for documents in the Workspace view, you’ll need to scroll up slightly from the top of the view to reveal the search bar.

If you lose your internet connection, you’ll see a row of documents you’ve previously downloaded — you can still open and browse these offline.

In the sidebar on the left, you can switch between All Documents, My Drafts (if you have created any), Shared With Me (if others have shared documents directly with you), and any Projects you’ve created in your Workspace.

To view documents in a Project, tap on the Projects name in the sidebar. If your Project contains any Collections, you’ll see these at the top of the Project view. Tap on a collection to view the documents inside it.

If you’re viewing a Collection, you can tap on the Project name (above the Collection title) to return to the Project view.

To search for a specific document, use the search field in the top-right corner. Search results are filtered based on the view you’ve selected in the sidebar, so (for example) if you’re viewing a specific project, searching here will only give you results from that project.
