We currently have two different account models: Mac-only licenses and subscriptions (Workspaces).
Mac-only licenses are the ones that have a license key number, starting with SK3. Subscriptions (Workspaces) are registered using the customer’s email address and password combination.
The customer can check what account model they’re under by accessing the following menu on the Mac app: Sketch > Settings > Account:
- If it shows Unlink device, they are registered with a Mac-only license;
- In case it appears Sign out, that means they’re registered using a Workspace subscription.
